A booking is considered confirmed only upon payment of the agreed initial advance deposit. All package descriptions, custom colors, and equipment sizes must be finalized prior to deposit transactions.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event date, due to pre-purchased customized materials, flower configurations, and reserved booking blocks.
The client must ensure appropriate venue clearance and electrical connectivity (for sound systems, LED wall projectors, and lighting setups) at least 4-6 hours prior to the event schedule.
Flaire Events holds no liability for delays resulting from extreme weather occurrences, electrical faults at the venue, or transport constraints outside our operational boundaries in Delhi NCR.
